Comments

When you leave a comment on our website we save the entries filled up in the Email, Name, and Comment fields for an indefinite time. We don’t store the IP Address of the commentator on our website database. We use this email address to inform the user about the further replies to that comment.

If you don’t want to get notified about any reply to your comment then you can simply untick the “Notify me via e-mail if anyone answers my comment” option while making the comment. If you have already subscribed to this option then you will also have the link in the email to unsubscribe from the same.

When you leave a comment on our site we will collect the data you enter into the comments form along with your IP and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.
